Shipping & Delivery

Once payment is received, packages are shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on USPS priority mail (2-3 business days)
and USPS First Class mail for smaller packages (3-5 business days) We offer USPS Express shipping at an extra cost. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the item has shipped.
Once your item ships, we are not responsible for ship time, incorrect addresses, and/or lost or damaged packages.

Order safety 

We review, verify and approve every order. All billing and shipping must be the same. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. We may contact you, so a phone number must be provided with your order. Due to the high value of our items, there is a signature confirmation required for every purchase.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consignment and how we consign, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds. No exceptions, sorry! If you no longer want your item, we can offer a buyout or consignment option.  

When placing an item on payment plan, you are responsible for making the payments. If your plan exceeds over 2 months without extended approval the 20% deposit is non-refundable and the item will be relisted. 

Authenticity Policy

Shop with confidence. All items listed on our site are thoroughly inspected and go through a complete authentication process. We stand behind our merchandise that it is 100% authentic. If you have any authenticity concerns please contact us.
